Snug™ Pillows, and Coolmax-Outlast mattress and topper covers carry a one year guarantee against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or structural defects. Your pillow or cover will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective.  

Snug mattress (Express Foam ltd) hereby accepts no responsibility for any loss of performance experienced when our weight guidelines are not followed.

The guarantee covers physical defects or changes that cause a visible indentation (more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) in the Visco Elastic Material. Compression of visco elastic memory foam in mattresses of less than 1 inch or 25 mm is considered to be within acceptable industry standards and should not be considered as sagging of the mattress.

The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties,which can occur during normal breaking inSlight softening of the foam over time is normal and should not be seen as a fault. The Foams utilized will settle in use and could compress and feel softer to varying degrees due to the weight and shape of the sleeper – resulting in body impression. There is no cause for alarm; this is normal “settling” and is not a structural or design defect.

Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases upon which the Mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product.

Snug mattresses are manufactured to the highest standards in order to provide consistently excellent performance, however the variable nature of memory foam and the layered composition of the product may result in a sizing tolerance of up to 10%.

Allow a couple of weeks to become use to the very different feel of a memory foam mattress or topper and remember that indentations from body weight will recover during the day.

This can be minimised by regularly rotating the mattress.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR GUARANTEE?

• Normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties of the mattress..

• Normal ageing or wear and tear including mattress settlement and “dipping”

• Use other than domestic, excessive soiling or unsanitary condition

• Deliberate or accidental damage, incorrect or faulty installation

• Damage due to weather such as lightning, flooding and high winds

• Loss of or damage to accessories

• Product incorrectly stored

• Damage caused by foreign objects or substances not normally associated with the product

• Repairs carried out by the persons not authorized by us or without prior approval

• Any routine maintenance, cleaning, realignment, modification.

• Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product or any loss other than the repair and/or replacement cost of the product

The guarantee is valid only if the Snug Product is used and handled as described in the instructions for use.

If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present an invoice or sales receipt as documentation of your purchase along with the returned guarantee form.

Written details of any defect must be sent to EXPRESS FOAM LTD.

Your Mattress will be replaced or repaired free of charge, should it be found defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects.

Snug Mattress hereby accepts no responsibility for any loss of performance experienced when our weight guidelines are not followed.

Our representative or designated agent shall make the final determination regarding repair or replacement. If the product is deemed defective there is no service charge for the visit. However, if the product is found to be in good condition the customer is responsible to absorb the charge of the customer service visit (approximately £50 fee). We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition.
