Free next working day or day of choice delivery on all orders to UK mainland placed before 2.00 pm. Any orders placed after 2pm Friday or on the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday or a day of your choice.

Free delivery to UK mainland only. Additional charge for Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, N Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel islands. Europe etc. Please call 0800 027 7017 or email sales@snugmattress.co.uk for a quote.

Please allow at least two working days for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery times between 8 am and 6 pm. Please note our couriers can not telephone before delivery so please ensure you are in or leave written signed instructions for goods to be left at a neighbors etc.

Single sized mattresses and all toppers and pillows are delivered by DPD local who will text/email you with a one hour delivery window.

Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra fee (UK mainland only)

All customers purchasing toppers, pillows and single size mattresses will be notified by text or email with a one hour delivery window. All larger mattress orders will be delivered between 0800 and 1700. Please call us for a more accurate delivery time on the day of delivery.

If for any reason you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, they may reattempt delivery the next working day. Please contact our courier with the consignment number provided and rearrange delivery or, if it is easier, collect from their depot.

We are unable to leave goods which are unsigned, for insurance reasons. Please contact the depot within 24hrs, or your goods may be shipped back to Snug.

Any orders cancelled once item has been dispatched may be subject to an extra collection and restocking charge.

Our carriers insurance policy only permits the delivery person to carry your item/s to your front door.

All deliveries are made by a third party carrier. Snug Mattress cannot be held responsible for delivery times, if the item has already been dispatched by us and the courier is having problems delivering to your address. We will, in the unlikely event of there being a problem, do our best to help resolve any delivery issues encountered with the courier company. Should the courier company inform us of any issues, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. You will be sent a dispatch email with your tracking details and would suggest checking with the courier company on the day of expected delivery. We advise that you do not dispose of your old mattress until you have taken received your new mattress, in case of any delivery problems. 

Any 60 night trial mattress/topper collections from outside UK mainland including Scottish highlands, Southern and Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel islands and Europe will be subject to additional collection charges.

When you receive your parcel(s) please thoroughly check for any damage which may have been caused in transit. If your parcel(s) has incurred damage, then please refuse delivery of the parcel(s) stating the reason for refusal. Reporting this type of damage after you have signed acceptance renders us unable to replace the damaged parcel(s) free of charge. Also, please ensure that you only sign for the actual number of items you receive. We are unable to replace goods free of charge, if you have signed for the incorrect number of products received. Also please check that you have the correct size mattress before you accept delivery, the dimensions are indicated on the package. If it is not the correct size mattress, then please refuse delivery.

We aim to reply to all emails within a few hours.

Packaging info

When you receive your Snug mattress, it will be carefully vacuum packed and rolled using the very latest technology. Discard the outer packaging and carefully unroll your mattress. When opening your vacuum sealed mattress, take extreme care not to damage the mattress.

This makes the delivery of the mattress to our customers simpler, safer and more cost effective. Over the next 2 - 4 hours the mattress will 'revert' to its true dimensions. You should be aware that once you undo the vacuum sealing, the mattress will also get a lot harder to move around - you will probably want to undo the packaging in the same room the mattress will be used in.

Our mattresses and toppers are manufactured in our own factory, using the very highest quality UK manufactured foams and fabrics, and are only packed on day of dispatch. You can safely keep your mattress vacuum packed for up to a month after delivery.

This is only a problem with inferior quality materials ie foam densitys less than 33 kg/m3 that are imported or made by lower quality manufacturers . Our Foams and fabrics are of the very highest quality, and will not wrinkle or tear under our vacuum rolling process.
