Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule
Free next working day delivery on all orders placed before 3 pm Or day of your choice
2. Delivery times will be between 8am and 5:30pm
3. Before 9am delivery can be arranged for an extra £20.00
4. Before Noon delivery can be arranged for an extra £10.00
5. Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra £12.00
6. Orders placed after 3 pm friday or orders placed saturday or sunday will not be delivered until Tuesday.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CARRIERS CAN NOT TELEPHONE BEFORE DELIVERY - PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS IN TO SIGN FOR THIS DELIVERY - IF NO ONE IS YOU WILL BE CARDED AND THE ITEM TAKEN BACK TO THE DEPOT - RESULTING IN AN EXTRA CHARGE OF £10.00

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The moment you receive your goods could you please examine them for damages or defects. If you find anything wrong with the goods contact us immediately on 0800 027 7017 or email at sales@snugmattress.co.uk and we will exchange them free of charge.
You must notify us within 7 days if you require a refund. We must receive all goods in the same condition that you received them. All returns must be sent back complete with original packaging. NOTE: we must receive the goods back in the same condition as sent or your right for a refund will be affected.
If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after placing you order there will be a charge of 10 % to cover couriers, handling and administration.
If you need your product exchanging because you placed your order incorrectly there will be a standard charge of 10 % of your order to rectify the problem.
