60 Night Mattress Trial 

We understand that choosing the right mattress is an important decision for you and understand that sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right mattress online. However, we are so confident that our mattresses will give you a good night’s sleep that we offer a 60 night mattress trial period.

We recommend that you do give your body time to adjust to your new mattress and make use of the full 60 night mattress trial period to allow for a true evaluation of the benefits your new mattress can offer.

If after the above, and within 60 nights of delivery, you are not entirely happy with your mattress, then you can exchange or return your mattress for a mattress of the same size or a refund. To cover collection and disposal costs a £49.00 charge will apply. Because of the dimensions of a full size mattress, it is necessary that someone is available to assist the courier to carry the item to be returned to the collection van.

If you wish to exchange or return your mattress, please contact us via email at sales@snugmattress.co.uk to inform us of your intentions at least 7 days before the end of the 60 night trial period. We politely request that you ensure all items are safely and securely wrapped with the packaging we supply because our are unable to collect a mattress unles it is wrapped due to hygiene reasons. We will then ask you to contact us again to confirm you have received our packaging so that we can arrange a mutually convenient date for exchange or collection.


Returned mattresses are disposed of immediately. We do not resell any of our products. All foam and packaging is recycled.

Please note the 60 night mattress trial or return applies to stock mattresses only. Please note this excludes mattresses in the following ranges: Stock Clearance, Bespoke mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, spare covers and all other bed and bedding products are not included.

For health and safety reasons, mattresses that have been soiled, stained or have suffered damage, malicious or otherwise, cannot be exchanged.

Mattress being returned must be in a hygenic and sanitary condition and that we reserve the right to refuse delivery should it be returned in anything other than as new condition.  Should we have to refuse delivery due to this, additional charges will be incurred.

All returned packages must be individually and clearly marked with your Name, Postcode and Invoice number.

Our 60 night home trial service covers customers residing in the majority of the UK mainland. Unfortunately due to logistical restrictions we’re not able to offer the service to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. For returns from these areas, please contact us for details.

The sixty night home trial service is limited only to mattresses and is not available on Toppers, Pillows or accessories and is limited to one mattress return per household.
