We understand what a big decision buying a new mattress can be. We are so confident that Snug™ mattresses will give you the best night's sleep of your life that we are offering a 60 night money back guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied .

However, you should try our mattresses and toppers for a minimum thirty (30) night period to allow time for a true evaluation of the benefit they can offer as there can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on the mattress.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Snug™ memory foam mattress or topper, we will arrange to collect it and offer you a refund of the purchase price (minus £50.00 which includes collection and specialist disposal costs)  or you can arrange return of goods at your own cost.

We do not resell any of our products.

All foam and packaging is recycled.

Please contact us via email to notify us your intention to return the product under the terms of the trial.

We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the product from damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are safely and securely wrapped (with the packaging we supply).

Contact us again to confirm you have received our return packaging and together we arrange a mutually convenient date for collection or exchange.

Please do not use pillows until satisfied with mattress, the free pillows must be returned in an unused state or if you wish to retain these, you can purchase these at a discounted price and we will deduct this cost from your refund.

Because of the dimensions of a full size mattress, and for health and safety reasons, it is necessary that someone is available to assist the courier to carry the item to the collection van. If this is not possible an additional £40 will be added to the £50 charge (£90 in total) to upgrade the collection to a two man crew.

Upon inspection of returned goods refund will be processed within 7 days.

Please note that the sixty (60) night trial does not apply to bespoke special size mattress  toppers and pillows.

This trial is only available on mattresses (not on pillows or spare covers).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 60 NIGHT TRIAL

Only one mattress trial per household.

1. You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum thirty (30) nights of the 60 night trial in order to gain the full benefits.

2. Only Standard size Memory foam mattresses are available for this trial period, not bespoke or custom made sizes.

3. Buy Now Pay later and credit purchases excluded.

4. Once we have official notice you wish to return the mattress, we will then arrange collection. All we ask is that you be available when the collection people arrive.

5. The cost of returning and disposing of the Memory foam Mattress or topper will be deducted from the refund amount due.

6. For health and Hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if a product is found to be soiled, stained or unsanitary. When the products are unpacked at our factory, should they be found to be soiled, the products will be returned to you and you will be charged the return delivery cost.

8. All returned packages must be individually and clearly marked with your Name, Postcode and Transaction number.

9. When a refund is due, you will be refunded less collection/disposal costs.

10. We endeavour to process your refund quickly, please allow up to 7 days from goods arriving back at our factory.

11. Any 60 night trial mattress collections from outside UK mainland including Scottish highlands, Southern and Northorn Ireland ,Channel Islands and Europe will be subject to additional collection charges. Please call us on 0800 027 7017 for further details.

12.Any orders cancelled once item has been dispatched will be subject to an extra collection and restocking charge

By requesting the trial period and then accepting the delivery you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
